We have had our screened in breezeway for almost two years now and it looks just like it did from day one. The screen is still tight with no signs of wear. The aluminum is high quality and no issues at all. I just wish I had another area to have another area for AAP to install for me! I highly recommend using Advanced Aluminum Products for your screen room.
